These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all bookings for and participation in the Bangkok Mayhem Camp ("Camp"), organised by Advantage Digitals Co., Ltd. ("Organiser", "we", "us" or "our"). By booking the Camp, paying a deposit or other amount towards the Camp, and accepting these Terms during checkout, the participant ("Participant", "you" or "your") confirms that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable Thai law.

1. CAMP DATES AND LOCATION

The Bangkok Mayhem Camp 2027 is scheduled as follows:

Arrival / Accommodation Check-in: 14 February 2027

Official Camp: 15 February - 21 February 2027

Departure / Accommodation Check-out: 22 February 2027

The Camp will take place in Bangkok, Thailand. The primary training venue is intended to be Forge Warehouse Gym Bangkok. Other activities, educational sessions, meals and events may take place at other locations in Bangkok.

The specific accommodation will be communicated to Participants separately once confirmed. The Organiser reserves the right to change accommodation, training facilities, venues, schedules, activities, coaches, speakers and other logistical arrangements where reasonably necessary. Where reasonably practicable, any replacement will be of a comparable nature or standard.

2. ELIGIBILITY

Participants must be at least 18 years old at the beginning of the Camp. The Camp welcomes participants of different experience and performance levels. Competitive bodybuilding experience is not required.

Participation may involve strenuous resistance training and other physical activity. Each Participant is responsible for determining whether they are physically and medically capable of participating.

3. WHAT IS INCLUDED

Unless otherwise expressly stated in the Participant's booking confirmation, the Camp package includes:

- Eight (8) nights of accommodation;

- three (3) meals per day during the seven official Camp days;

- selected workout-related supplements;

- gym access for the duration of the Camp;

- supervised bodybuilding training sessions;

- educational seminars and sessions;

- participation of three coaches;

- planned participation of at least two IFBB Professional bodybuilders;

- selected rest-day activities;

- selected transportation relating to organised Camp activities;

- professional videography and content production during the Camp.

Exact schedules, sessions, meals, activities, coaches, speakers, locations and other details remain subject to change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, individual coaching programmes, individual nutrition plans and personalised medical or health advice are not included. Posing instruction or posing sessions may be offered but are not guaranteed unless expressly included in the Participant's booking confirmation.

4. WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED

Unless expressly stated otherwise, the following are not included: flights or other travel to and from Bangkok; visas or other immigration costs; airport transfers; travel insurance; health or medical insurance; personal expenses; medical treatment; emergency transportation; additional accommodation; transportation outside organised Camp activities; and expenses arising from early arrival or late departure. Participants are solely responsible for arranging and paying for these items.

5. CAMP PRICE

The standard Camp price is EUR 1,800, subject to any valid discount, promotional offer or individually agreed price. Payments are processed in Thai Baht (THB). The applicable THB amount will be presented during the payment process.

Any exchange-rate differences resulting from currency conversion by a bank, card issuer or payment provider are the Participant's responsibility. Standard payment processing fees charged by the Organiser's payment processor are included in the advertised Camp price unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. DEPOSIT AND FINAL PAYMENT

A deposit equivalent to EUR 750 is required to reserve a place. Except where mandatory law requires otherwise, the deposit is non-refundable.

The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 31 December 2026. A booking is not considered fully paid until the Organiser has received all amounts due.

If the remaining balance is not received by the deadline, the Organiser may cancel the booking, release the Participant's place and retain the deposit, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Any reinstatement of a cancelled booking is entirely subject to availability and the Organiser's written approval.

7. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Payments may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider selected by the Organiser. The Participant agrees to provide accurate and complete billing and payment information. The Organiser is not responsible for additional foreign exchange charges, bank fees, card issuer fees or similar third-party charges.

8. PARTICIPANT CANCELLATION

All cancellation requests must be submitted to the Organiser in writing.

More than 30 days before arrival: If a Participant cancels more than 30 days before 14 February 2027, amounts already paid will be refunded minus the EUR 750 deposit. The deposit remains non-refundable.

30 days or less before arrival: If a Participant cancels 30 days or less before 14 February 2027, all amounts paid are non-refundable.

No refund will be provided for changing one's mind; scheduling conflicts; work commitments; personal circumstances; failure to arrange travel; visa problems; denied entry into Thailand; passport problems; voluntary early departure; late arrival; missed Camp sessions; failure to participate in included activities; or other circumstances within the Participant's reasonable responsibility or control. This cancellation policy applies subject always to any non-excludable rights available under applicable law.

9. SERIOUS ILLNESS OR INJURY

Where a Participant becomes unable to attend due to a serious illness or injury, the Organiser may provide a refund of amounts paid excluding the EUR 750 deposit, provided that the Participant supplies adequate medical documentation from a qualified medical professional demonstrating that participation is medically impossible or materially unsafe.

Minor illness, discomfort, elective procedures, ordinary training injuries or circumstances that do not prevent participation do not automatically qualify. The Organiser may reasonably request additional documentation necessary to verify the claim. The EUR 750 deposit remains non-refundable to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. FLIGHTS AND TRAVEL DISRUPTIONS

Participants are responsible for arranging travel to Bangkok with sufficient time to attend the Camp. Flight cancellations, missed connections, delays, airline disruptions and similar travel issues ordinarily remain the Participant's responsibility.

The Organiser therefore strongly recommends comprehensive travel insurance covering cancellations, delays, missed connections and other travel disruption. In exceptional circumstances involving significant and unavoidable travel disruption, the Organiser may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit towards a future Bangkok Mayhem Camp. Any such accommodation is voluntary and does not create an entitlement to a refund or future credit in other cases.

11. VISAS, PASSPORTS AND ENTRY INTO THAILAND

Each Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport, obtain any required visa, satisfy Thai immigration requirements, comply with applicable entry requirements, obtain any required travel documentation, and confirm their eligibility to enter Thailand before travelling. The Organiser does not provide immigration or legal advice and does not guarantee that any Participant will be admitted into Thailand. Failure to obtain a visa, incorrect documentation or refusal of entry does not entitle the Participant to a refund, subject to mandatory applicable law.

12. TRAVEL AND HEALTH INSURANCE

Travel and health insurance are not included. Participants are strongly encouraged to obtain comprehensive insurance covering international travel, cancellation, flight disruption, emergency medical treatment, hospitalisation, sports and resistance-training injuries, personal liability, baggage and personal belongings, and emergency repatriation.

Participants are responsible for confirming that their policy covers bodybuilding, weight training and the physical activities in which they intend to participate. Any medical, hospital, ambulance, emergency transport, repatriation or related expense incurred by a Participant remains the Participant's responsibility.

13. HEALTH AND FITNESS TO PARTICIPATE

By participating in the Camp, each Participant confirms that they are voluntarily choosing to participate in physical training and related activities. Participants are responsible for assessing their own health and physical capability.

The Organiser does not require routine medical clearance before participation. However, Participants with known medical conditions, injuries or other health concerns are strongly encouraged to consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before attending. Participants must immediately stop any activity if they believe continuing would be unsafe. A Participant may refuse any particular exercise or physical activity.

14. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Bodybuilding, resistance training, physical exercise and related activities inherently involve risks. These may include muscle strains and tears; ligament and tendon injuries; joint injuries; falls; equipment-related injuries; cardiovascular events; dehydration; fatigue; aggravation of existing conditions; serious bodily injury; and other unforeseen physical harm. By participating, the Participant acknowledges these inherent risks and voluntarily assumes the ordinary risks

associated with their participation. Training supervision reduces certain risks but cannot eliminate all risks associated with physical activity.

15. TRAINING SUPERVISION

Official Camp training sessions will generally be conducted under the supervision of the Organiser, coaches or designated training personnel. Participants remain responsible for communicating pain, discomfort, injuries, limitations and other relevant concerns during training.

Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by coaches, gym personnel and the Organiser. No Participant is required to perform an exercise they consider unsafe or inappropriate for themselves.

16. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER

Nothing provided during the Bangkok Mayhem Camp constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment or personalised medical advice. Training, nutrition, supplementation and bodybuilding information is provided for general educational purposes.

Information presented by coaches, athletes, guest speakers or other contributors should not replace advice from a qualified doctor, pharmacist, dietitian or other licensed healthcare professional where such advice is appropriate. Participants remain responsible for all personal medical and health decisions.

17. NUTRITION EDUCATION

The Camp may include general education relating to bodybuilding nutrition, performance nutrition, contest preparation and related subjects. Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, this does not constitute personalised dietary treatment, medical nutrition therapy or an individually prescribed nutrition programme.

18. SUPPLEMENTS

Selected supplements may be made available during the Camp, which may include whey protein, essential amino acids (EAAs), highly branched cyclic dextrin or similar carbohydrate products, creatine and electrolyte products. Supplement consumption is voluntary. Participants are responsible for reviewing ingredients, allergens, serving information, warnings and suitability before consuming any product. Participants are responsible for any allergies, intolerances, sensitivities, interactions with medications or other individual reactions. Where appropriate,

Participants should consult a qualified healthcare professional before consuming supplements.

19. PERFORMANCE-ENHANCING SUBSTANCES

As part of general bodybuilding education, discussions may include performance-enhancing substances, hormones, medications or other substances commonly discussed within competitive bodybuilding. Any such discussion is provided strictly for general educational and informational purposes. The Organiser, coaches and guest speakers do not, through the Camp, prescribe controlled or prescription substances; provide individual medical protocols; supply illegal drugs; procure illegal substances for Participants; encourage unlawful drug use; or represent educational discussions as medical advice.

Nothing communicated during the Camp should be interpreted as an instruction or recommendation to use any prescription, controlled or illegal substance. Participants remain solely responsible for complying with Thai law and the laws applicable to them.

20. ILLEGAL DRUGS AND CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES

Possession, distribution, sale or unlawful use of narcotics, controlled substances or other substances prohibited under Thai law is strictly prohibited during the Camp. Serious violations may result in immediate removal from the Camp without refund, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The Organiser may contact venue security or competent authorities where required or reasonably appropriate.

21. ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation is included from 14 February 2027 until check-out on 22 February 2027. Accommodation arrangements may include private and/or shared rooms depending on the Participant's booking and logistical arrangements.

The Organiser reserves the right to select and, where reasonably necessary, change the hotel or accommodation provider. Where reasonably practicable, replacement accommodation will be of a comparable standard. Participants must comply with all rules and policies imposed by the accommodation provider.

22. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY

Participants are personally responsible for loss or damage they intentionally or negligently cause to hotel property, gym equipment, training facilities, vehicles, Camp equipment, third-party property or other Participants' property. Any charges imposed by a hotel, gym, transport provider or other third party as a result of a Participant's conduct may be passed on to that Participant to the extent permitted by law.

23. REMOVAL FROM ACCOMMODATION

If a Participant is removed or banned from the Camp accommodation due to their own misconduct or violation of hotel rules, the Organiser is not required to provide replacement accommodation. The Participant will be responsible for arranging and paying for alternative accommodation and related transportation. No refund will ordinarily be due for accommodation or Camp services lost as a result of the Participant's own serious misconduct, subject to applicable law.

24. PARTICIPANT CONDUCT

Participants must behave respectfully and safely towards other Participants, coaches, staff, guest speakers, gym staff, hotel staff and members of the public.

The Organiser may remove a Participant from all or part of the Camp for serious misconduct including violence or threats of violence; aggressive or dangerous behaviour; harassment; sexual harassment; discriminatory abuse; possession, sale or unlawful use of prohibited drugs; deliberate or reckless damage to property; repeated refusal to comply with reasonable safety instructions; behaviour creating a material risk to other Participants; serious disruption of the Camp; or serious violation of venue or accommodation rules.

Where removal results from serious misconduct by the Participant, no refund will ordinarily be provided, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. The Participant remains responsible for any additional accommodation, travel or other expenses arising from their removal.

25. ALCOHOL

Alcohol is not permitted as part of official Bangkok Mayhem Camp activities. The Organiser may impose reasonable restrictions necessary to protect the safety, professional environment and intended purpose of the Camp.

26. COACHES, IFBB PROFESSIONALS AND GUEST SPEAKERS

The Camp is planned to include three coaches and at least two IFBB Professional bodybuilders. Guest coaches, athletes and speakers may participate as independent guests or contractors and are not necessarily employees of Advantage Digitals Co., Ltd.

While the Organiser intends to provide the announced programme, the appearance of any specific individual is not guaranteed. Illness, injury, travel disruption, professional obligations, emergencies or other circumstances may make a particular guest unavailable.

The Organiser may substitute coaches, athletes, speakers or contributors where reasonably necessary. The inability of a specific announced individual to attend does not by itself entitle a Participant to a refund, provided the overall Camp remains materially capable of being delivered.

27. SCHEDULE AND PROGRAMME CHANGES

The published Camp programme is intended to represent the planned experience but is not a guarantee that every activity will occur exactly as initially advertised. The Organiser may reasonably modify schedules, training sessions, coaches, speakers, venues, accommodation, activities, transportation arrangements, meal arrangements, educational topics and programme order. Changes may be made for safety, availability, operational, logistical or other reasonable reasons. The Organiser will use reasonable efforts to maintain the overall nature and quality of the Camp.

28. MINIMUM PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENT

The Camp requires a minimum of 15 Participants. If the minimum number of Participants has not been reached, the Organiser may cancel or postpone the Camp.

Any cancellation or postponement on this basis will be communicated no later than 1 January 2027, except where circumstances outside the Organiser's reasonable control make later action necessary. Participants are strongly encouraged to book flexible or adequately insured travel arrangements.

29. CANCELLATION BY THE ORGANISER

If the Organiser cancels the Camp and is unable to deliver it substantially as agreed, the Organiser may first offer participation in a rescheduled Bangkok Mayhem Camp or a credit towards a future Bangkok Mayhem Camp.

If no replacement Camp can reasonably be provided, amounts paid by the Participant will be refunded excluding the EUR 750 deposit, to the extent this treatment of the deposit is permitted under applicable law. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory refund or other rights a consumer may have under applicable law.

30. POSTPONEMENT

The Organiser may postpone or reschedule the Camp where reasonably necessary due to operational circumstances, insufficient participation, safety concerns or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Where the Camp is postponed, payments may be transferred to the replacement dates or credited towards a future Camp. Any additional rights available to Participants under mandatory applicable law remain unaffected.

31. FORCE MAJEURE

The Organiser will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing obligations caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, flooding, fire, epidemic or pandemic, war, civil unrest, terrorism or serious security incidents, governmental restrictions, border closures, changes in law, widespread transportation disruption, venue closure, or events materially affecting the safe operation of the Camp.

Where reasonably possible, the Organiser may postpone the Camp, modify the programme or provide a credit towards a future Camp. This clause does not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

32. EXTERNAL PROVIDERS

Parts of the Camp may be provided by independent third parties, including hotels, gyms, transportation providers, restaurants and food providers, activity operators, videographers, photographers, guest coaches and guest speakers. Participants may also be subject to the reasonable terms and safety rules of those providers. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Organiser is not responsible for acts or omissions of independent third parties outside the Organiser's reasonable control.

33. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, the Organiser shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from participation in the Camp or circumstances outside the Organiser's reasonable control. This may include, where legally permissible, losses arising from missed flights, travel disruption, visa or immigration issues, lost or stolen personal property, Participant misconduct, failure to obtain appropriate insurance, voluntary participation in physical activities, risks inherent in bodybuilding and resistance training, and acts or omissions of independent third-party providers outside the Organiser's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

34. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Participants are responsible for safeguarding their own belongings. The Organiser does not accept responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

Participants should use hotel safes or other appropriate security facilities for valuables where available.

35. PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY

Professional photographers and/or videographers will be present during the Camp. By booking and participating in the Bangkok Mayhem Camp, the Participant acknowledges that photography and filming form an integral part of the Camp experience and agrees that they may be photographed, filmed and recorded during Camp activities.

Subject to applicable law, the Participant grants the Organiser permission to use such material for legitimate commercial and promotional purposes connected with the Organiser and Bangkok Mayhem Camp, including social media, Instagram, YouTube, websites, advertisements, promotional campaigns, future Camp promotion, Camp recaps and marketing materials.

Such permission includes reasonable editing, cropping, formatting and adaptation of the material. No additional compensation is due for such authorised use unless separately agreed in writing.

36. PARTICIPANT CONTENT

The Organiser may make selected photographs or video material available to Participants. However, no specific quantity, number, format, editing style or delivery date of Participant content is guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing.

Professional videography is primarily part of the overall Camp experience and marketing production and should not be interpreted as an individual content-production package.

37. PARTICIPANT RECORDING

Participants may generally take personal photographs and videos during appropriate Camp activities. However, recording may be prohibited during educational seminars, presentations, confidential discussions, sessions containing proprietary educational material, or any session where the Organiser or speaker specifically prohibits recording.

Participants must respect reasonable recording restrictions communicated by the Organiser, coaches or speakers.

38. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All original Camp educational materials, presentations, seminar content, frameworks, documents, recordings, branding and other proprietary materials remain the intellectual property of the Organiser or the respective content owner. Participation does not transfer ownership of intellectual property to the Participant. Participants may use authorised materials for their own personal, non-commercial use. Without prior written permission, Participants may not reproduce or distribute substantial educational materials; upload full seminars or

presentations; sell Camp materials; create paid courses based substantially on proprietary Camp content; commercially exploit Camp education; distribute restricted recordings to third parties; or present proprietary Camp material as their own.

39. PERSONAL DATA

The Organiser may collect and process information necessary to administer the booking and Camp, including name, address, email address, telephone number, booking information and payment-related information.

Booking and customer relationship management may be administered using third-party platforms such as GoHighLevel, while payment processing may be provided through Stripe or other payment processors. Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements and the Organiser's Privacy Policy.

Marketing communications should be subject to a separate marketing consent where required. Acceptance of these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive optional promotional marketing communications where separate consent is legally required.

40. BOOKING CONFIRMATION

A Participant's booking is subject to completion of the applicable booking process, acceptance of these Terms, successful payment of the required deposit, and confirmation from the Organiser. A booking confirmation may be provided electronically.

41. NO TRANSFER OR RESALE

Bookings are personal to the registered Participant. A Participant may not transfer their booking to another person, resell their place, substitute another attendee, or transfer their payment to another individual. A booking may only be moved to another Camp where the Organiser expressly agrees in writing.

42. NO PARTIAL REFUNDS

No partial refund will ordinarily be provided where a Participant arrives late, leaves early, misses training, skips meals, declines activities, does not use the accommodation, chooses not to consume provided supplements, does not attend educational sessions, or otherwise chooses not to use an included service. This applies subject to mandatory applicable law.

43. ORGANISER'S RIGHT TO REFUSE OR CANCEL A BOOKING

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse a booking where reasonably necessary, including for safety, capacity, operational or legal reasons.

Where the Organiser cancels an individual Participant's booking without misconduct or breach by the Participant, amounts paid will be refunded as required under applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation. Where cancellation results from serious misconduct, fraud, non-payment or material breach of these Terms by the Participant, different refund consequences may apply as set out in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law.

44. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or limited to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

45. NO WAIVER

A failure or delay by the Organiser to enforce a provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

46. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

The Terms applicable to a Participant's booking are the Terms accepted at the time of booking, subject to any changes required by law or expressly agreed with the Participant. The Organiser may update the Terms for future bookings.

Material changes affecting an existing confirmed booking will not be applied retrospectively where doing so would unlawfully prejudice the Participant's contractual rights.

47. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and the Participant's booking shall be governed by the laws of Thailand. Subject to any mandatory consumer rights concerning jurisdiction or dispute resolution, disputes arising in connection with the Camp or these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bangkok, Thailand.

48. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Participant's booking confirmation and any other terms expressly incorporated into the booking, constitute the agreement between the Participant and the Organiser regarding participation in the Camp. Marketing materials, social media posts, preliminary schedules and promotional descriptions should not be interpreted as guarantees beyond the services expressly included in the confirmed booking.

CHECKOUT ACCEPTANCE

"I have read and agree to the Bangkok Mayhem Camp Terms & Conditions, including the

payment and cancellation policy, assumption of risk, health and medical disclaimer, and

photography/video provisions. I understand that the EUR 750 deposit is non-refundable except

where otherwise required by applicable law." A separate unticked checkbox should be used for optional marketing communications.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Participation in the Bangkok Mayhem Camp involves strenuous physical exercise and the inherent risks associated with bodybuilding and resistance training. Participants are responsible for assessing their own ability to participate, obtaining appropriate professional medical advice where necessary, arranging suitable travel and health insurance, satisfying all travel and immigration requirements, and making informed decisions regarding their own health, training and supplementation.

By completing a booking, the Participant confirms that they have had the opportunity to review these Terms before payment and voluntarily agree to be bound by them.
